Sometimes it’s hard to remember the other side has a common bond with you.
A heart string, a passage, a corridor of similarities.
Owning jealousy becomes the hunger pain of those who can’t share, though sharing doesn’t equal agreement.
Sometimes it’s easy to forget the other side has something in common with you

I’m sure the blog chatter is rising to insurmountable numbers as a minority of senators holds a filibuster on some of Bush’s judicial nominees. A lot of really stinky and manipulative terms have begun the short journey to stardom on national television and national papers everywhere.
If you haven’t heard the term ‘nuclear option’ in regards to this, you’ve just been asleep. Other terms flopping around in the breeze include constitutionality and the moral shame these filibuster’s overlay on the senate.

So, the sun is shining on Sunday. Very pastoral.
I’ve slumbered well into the day. I worked Saturday night, a usual shift at a sleep lab that started with a headache more vibrant then Chernobyl on methane emissions day. I, you know, needed a nap.
I woke blissfully headache free and realized that while Spring had been around to green the grass for nearly three weeks now, my lawnmower had yet to make a round.

Maybe a few of us watched Star-Trek and just felt that by now, the world would be in great sync with itself. Technology would fiber-optic the way to a new brighter tomorrow!

The recipe:
Large ambition – you can’t properly turn your life into a sure-fire wreck without this bad boy. Substitutes are avarice, greed and self-righteousness. Ambition tastes the best.
Defunct Superchiasmatic Nuclei – It’s the portion of brain that translates the light permeating your lids into the retina into a chemical reaction which helps facilitate circadian rhythms. Basically, if it’s broken, your body has a poor sense of when to sleep and when to wake. Substitutions are coffee, drugs (any variety, the more illegal, the more effective), or odd addictions to Adult Swim programming. Addiction to role playing games overwhelms the recipe turning it from stupidity to useless feces.

Balance.
Balance is a quality instinctively known and felt. Your parents can remember when you sit-up with balance. They documented the day your head was under your control, in balance on the neck. Your first steps level your hold on the world as a traveler, as someone who can balance themselves.
