My last post came at an interesting time for more than myself.
With graduations abound, several friends and family had intoxicated themselves to one level or another. Nothing bad has come of it, at least in my estimation of situations.
The most I’ve seen is that same dogged behavior where alcohol combines with sincerity and releases social anxiety such that one can speak importantly about unimportant things. You know, the phrases that start with ’seriously though, don’t’ you think…’ and ramble on for discoveries no one will remember 4 hours and 5 Ibuprofen later.

In college, social groups find just millions of reasons to throw parties. The paper I worked for was no different.
With finals around the corner, parties for the last night of production and the barn party, which is happening as I type this, are executed with drunken authority.

There is a chance it has to do with installing over 100 programs in the past several months, many of which I was just ‘checking out’ for friends or interested parties. This built up a large registry file full of empty holes, which allow my OS to operate at the speed of mush.

I had a chance to meet Anderson Cooper last week, and I didn’t share that experience here in lieu of so many other things going on. With some time to sit back and think upon it, I’ll now share a little of the experience.
